A Note From Maya

I am truly honored to serve as the Regional Manager for the Richmond area. This region has a long history of excellence, and I'm excited to help write its next chapter alongside each of you.

Before we look ahead, I want to express my sincere appreciation to Carolyn Richardson for her years of faithful leadership and commitment to this team. She has invested countless hours into building relationships, developing leaders, and serving our associates. I'm grateful for the strong foundation she has built, and I'm thankful she'll continue to be an important part of our region's success.

As we move forward together, my vision is simple: create a region where associates feel welcomed, supported, equipped, and inspired to grow. A place where we celebrate wins together, learn from one another, and never stop reaching for what's possible.
